Welcome to self examination and growth! My background includes teaching, motherhood and many years of being a therapist. Depression, anxiety and relationships problems don't have to interfere with goals, dreams and finding joy. Let's work together to make your life more meaningful and satisfying.

My style is person centered. I believe in your innate goodness and ability to overcome difficulties and create your life by letting go of thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

In our first session together we will identify your goals and concerns. We will develop a plan to help you reach and address these.
