Great to meet you!

With 10 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients navigating relationship difficulties, communication challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and family conflict. I believe each person deserves to feel genuinely heard and supported as they work toward meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I draw on evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I see therapy as a true partnership, and I work alongside you to identify patterns, build on your strengths, and support growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you hope to achieve. We will explore your concerns together, discuss your goals, and start building a foundation of trust, openness, and collaboration. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. My goal is for you to leave feeling genuinely heard, respected, and hopeful about the work ahead.
