Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, substance use, or relationship problems start affecting your day-to-day life, it can be hard to know where to begin or how to make things different. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to break unhelpful patterns, work through difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health, I bring a personalized approach to therapy that recognizes your unique circumstances and focuses on helping you make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach that combines active listening with practical strategies to help you make the changes that matter to you. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help you recognize unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and find ways forward. We'll work together to develop a treatment plan that reflects your strengths and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what has brought you to therapy. We'll explore what you're experiencing, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity about yourself, your needs, and the next steps we can take together.
