Great to meet you!

Hola and Bienvenidos! My goal in working with you is to get to know you, be an available and a trusted ally.

My approach to therapy

I take a caring, holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the entire person and family dynamics. I work on building trust and rapport while sometimes being more direct and pushing you out of your comfort zone.

What you can expect from me

I like to meet you where you're at in your journey and you set the tone for the session. I simply help you navigate by asking questions and helping you build insight. I also challenge you a lot and have been known to really push some buttons (at times).
