Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Drama Therapist with 20+ years’ experience treating trauma, abuse, addiction, and relationship issues. I work with diverse populations, including survivors and those who’ve caused harm. I integrate concepts from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), somatic therapies, and drama therapy. I am also trained in the Gottman Method and work with couples.

My approach to therapy

I bring over 20 years of heart-centered expertise to my work with trauma, addiction, abuse, and relationships. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Drama Therapist, I blend EMDR, somatic practices, and creative exploration to help clients reconnect with safety, voice, and vitality.

I work with a wide range of individuals—including both survivors and those who’ve caused harm—always with compassion and curiosity. My sessions may include movement, metaphor, or storytelling, inviting clients to gently uncover and reshape their inner narratives.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, grounded space where we begin gently—tuning into your story, your body’s cues, and what feels safe to share. I’ll guide you through a collaborative process that may include somatic grounding, creative exploration, or simply thoughtful conversation and identifying what matters most to you, depending on your comfort level. The goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered as we begin this healing journey together.
