Great to meet you!

I view each person through the lens of their experiences—past, present, and future. I believe our circumstances shape how we see ourselves, and I’m committed to helping clients understand these influences, build insight, identify strengths, and heal. I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, conflict, social concerns, parenting issues, and school-related stressors. I’m trained in several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients make meaning of their experiences. I combine trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices to help clients develop awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward balance and emotional well-being. I work to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore, grow, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment and a conversation focused on understanding their story, concerns, and goals. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, discuss what you hope to gain, and begin building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, safety, and collaboration. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I offer steady support from the very beginning as we work together toward clarity, healing, and balance.
