I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you overcome challenges and create meaningful change. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.
I work best with adults and older adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or difficulties adjusting to changes in health, family roles, or cultural identity. I also support immigrants, multilingual individuals, and those navigating intergenerational or intercultural issues.
I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured or criticized. My communication style is honest, collaborative, and easy to talk to—I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and offer practical feedback while respecting your pace.
