Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. Many of my clients struggle with panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), which involves unwanted repetitive thoughts and behaviors, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which can develop after experiencing or witnessing trauma, and sleep disorders that affect daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Therapy is not one size fits all. I tailor our work to your specific needs, strengths, and goals.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which builds skills for managing intense emotions, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, which helps you reframe the story you tell about yourself and your experiences.

Together, we work to reduce symptoms, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create practical strategies that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space to share what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope will feel different in your life.

Healing is not always a straight line. There can be forward steps and setbacks. My role is to walk alongside you, help you identify your strengths, and support you in building healthier patterns and stronger relationships. Over time, therapy can help you move toward greater stability, confidence, and emotional well-being.
