Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over three years of experience, but in health care for over 20 years, I provide medication management for patients across the lifespan, including children and adults. With the goal to provide restorative treatment options.

I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of ADHD diagnosis and treatment, while also providing expert, evidence-based care for all other mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on providing more frequent visits, longer appointment time and easy to access clinical expertise to ensure every patient feels heard and supported. I am dedicated to creating collaborative, patient-centered treatment plans that empower you or your child, to achieve lasting and restorative wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment via telehealth, you will have ample time to share your full story, detailing your symptoms, health history, and unique life experiences. We will work together to explore your goals, ensuring I truly understand your needs before we discuss any restorative treatment options. This initial session is a dedicated space for active listening and building a foundation for your personalized care.
