Great to meet you!

Hello fellow humans, My name is Di-Di Mauras. I believe a good life is about healthy connections and being who you want to be. As an Army veteran I know that relationships can be tested. As a human, I know there can be challenges to feeling your best. I do not have any expectations of who you should be or what you need for you. I do have the expectation that change can, and will, come, with work. We will work together to get there.

My approach to therapy

My clients long to overcome personal obstacles and achieve life goals. I use a systemic perspective, client-centered approaches, and Gottman methods in our work together. We can identify what you want and explore how to get there in a safe, validating space.

What you can expect from me

My range of clientele includes soldiers, parents, couples, and anyone looking to improve unsatisfactory relationships. I specialize in couples, marriage, and family counseling, as well as individual goal setting and achievement.
