Great to meet you!

Having been in therapy myself, I understand how difficult it can be to make the first phone call. So I want you to feel comfortable and safe in my office space and with me.

Getting to know each other and establishing a relationship that is transparent and beneficial for you is my main goal.

I am passionate about my job and my clients. It is an honor to be able to help.

My approach to therapy

At our initial meeting we will talk, ask and answer questions and determine the main reason or reasons you are coming into therapy. We will start with your present day issues and will discuss past history only if it is necessary.

I use various approaches in therapy depending on your concerns and personality. We are all different and I like to be flexible about the therapies I use because that gives me the ability to do what works for you.

What you can expect from me

During therapy sessions my clients usually have some “aha” moments. These moments aid in processing beliefs, behaviors, and emotions in a new way. I usually add some psycho-educational material that is helpful for their particular issues.

Also I want you to walk away with some concrete actions that you can use immediately.

I want you to leave my office with hope and feeling better than when you arrived.
