I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, occupational issues, relational issues, grief, and loss. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinic setting. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern University New Orleans. I’m flexible and available by tele-therapy so schedule your first session with me.

My approach to therapy

I utilize several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we will be able to explore, identify, and find solutions to resolve the issues or challenges in your life.
