Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Phoenix. I

work with children, adolescents, and adults in

English or in Spanish.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a

partnership — we'll work together to understand

what's going on, identify what's getting in the way,

and find practical tools that help you move

forward. Whether you're dealing with anxiety,

depression, stress, life changes, or the effects of

past experiences, my goal is to help you build

confidence and strengthen coping skills.

I've worked in inpatient, outpatient, and nonprofit

settings, and I especially enjoy working with

children and adolescents. My hope is that therapy

feels like a place where you can show up as you

are and leave each session with something

meaningful to take with you.

My approach to therapy

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the

heart of my work. I believe meaningful change

happens when you feel safe, supported, and

understood.

In practice, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

(ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness-

based work, and I adjust the mix depending on

what you bring in. My goal is to help you gain

insight into the challenges you're facing, identify

patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and

develop the tools and confidence to move toward

the life you want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to

know each other and discussing what brought you

to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns,

your history, and the goals you're hoping to reach

— and you'll have room to ask me questions and

get a sense of whether we're a good fit.

If you're bringing a child or teen, I spend time with

both of you, so everyone feels comfortable with

the process.

There's no pressure to share everything at once—

we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. By the

end, we'll have named a few areas of focus and a

plan for what comes next.
