Great to meet you!

Working with me means stepping into a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are respected, and your goals are at the center of our work. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and practical. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment based on their individual needs, drawing from a variety of approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including inpatient, outpatient, and nonprofit organizations—which has allowed me to develop a well-rounded, compassionate approach to care. Although my specialty is working with Children/Adolescents, I feel confident working with Adults as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in treatment and my practice. My goal is to help you increase insight into the issues that you might be struggling with and to help you overcome any obstacles.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions while also gaining clarity, coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
