Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that may have been shaped by trauma, painful experiences, or relationships. While feeling heard is important, meaningful change comes from understanding the deeper patterns beneath your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Many of these patterns developed to help you survive, even if they no longer serve you. Together, we will compassionately confront these protective patterns, uncover the core wounds beneath them, and help you embrace who you are, not who you had to become.

My approach to therapy

I believe your symptoms, emotions, and protective responses all have meaning. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" we'll explore what happened to you, how your experiences shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, and why certain patterns continue to show up today. I take an active, collaborative approach, using thoughtful questions and gentle challenges to help uncover the deeper layers of your story. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, CBT, and trauma informed care, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms or provide a space to vent, but to help you truly understand yourself. As we make sense of the protective parts that once helped you survive, you'll begin to respond to yourself with greater compassion, heal longstanding wounds, and create lasting change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
