Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand what’s happening in your life and develop practical skills to help you feel more in control. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
