Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, low self-esteem, and feeling stuck in patterns they want to change. I believe therapy can help you better understand yourself while also developing practical ways to create meaningful change. My goal is to help you gain greater insight, feel more confident navigating difficult emotions and experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where we can be curious, honest, and purposeful together. My style is direct, inquisitive, and action-oriented, with humor when appropriate. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, help you identify patterns, and challenge you to consider different perspectives. Together, we’ll balance developing a deeper understanding of yourself with practical strategies and meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting a thorough understanding of you, what brings you to therapy, and what you’d like help with. We’ll talk about your current concerns and symptoms and review relevant parts of your history and experiences. From there, we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work toward and establish some preliminary goals for therapy. You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what those goals are; we can figure that out together! Depending on what we need to cover, the intake process may take one or two sessions.
