Great to meet you!

For most of us, anxiety and stress prevents us from being present, fulfilled or content. We often struggle to break out of unhealthy thought patterns or the negative stories we tell ourselves. We can't zoom out to gain healthier perspective. That is where I come in! I love to work with my clients to identify the unhelpful beliefs they have and reframe them so my clients can be more present, reality based and more congruent.

I got my Masters in Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service. I work with individuals and couples. Most of my clients are Millennials.

My approach to therapy

I am direct, warm, curious and humorous. I love to challenge my clients to help them break down unhelpful thoughts. Most of my clients deal with anxiety, perfectionism, familial and occupational pressure, and identity confusion. Many of my clients struggle with how to set appropriate and firm boundaries. Through our collaborative work together, we find ways to make these struggles easier to manage.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be time for me to gather as much information about you as possible. The more you share, the more I can help.
