Great to meet you!

With a trained clinical ear, I deeply attune to you, creating a meaningful connection that empowers you to express yourself fully, have a safe space to process and develop the skills needed to live the life you desire.

My approach to therapy

I am truly honored to work with children, adults, and families, using a compassionate approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. My work is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, stress, burnout, and life transitions, including relocation, career changes, and parenting. Together, we will strengthen not only your relationships with others but, most importantly, your connection with yourself

What you can expect from me

Clients can look forward to a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where cognitive, somatic, and behavioral techniques are seamlessly integrated. This approach translates profound concepts into practical understanding, empowering personal growth.
