Great to meet you!

Hello there! :) I’m Daisy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with support and compassion. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and provide a culturally sensitive environment. My background includes working with children and families through complex life stressors, parenting challenges, trauma, anxiety, and major transitions. I believe healing happens through connection, practical tools, and feeling truly seen.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where we work together to identify goals, build coping tools, and create meaningful change. I often use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe to share at their own pace. During the first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and the goals you would like to work toward. Together, we will begin identifying strengths, helpful coping strategies, and a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
