Great to meet you!

I am a trauma therapist with extensive experience across school settings, community mental health, and private practice, and I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of many different ages, races, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I completed my graduate training at New York University (NYU), and I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can truly take place.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel safe, respected, and fully heard - so I work to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, without fear of judgment.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, reflection, and practical tools that support healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and start building a real connection. You can share whatever feels right - there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what brought you here, what you’re hoping to change or improve, and what support would feel most helpful.
