Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Daja!

I help aspiring people find new meaning in life by sorting through complicated thoughts and feelings. My passion is assisting individuals on their life journey and aiding in their rediscovery of self. Although I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, and depression, my professional training in EMDR, CBT and other therapeutic modalities allow me the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life and diverse mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

Before clients begin working with me, they often feel paralyzed by self-doubt and unworthiness. Trying to identify positive attributes is a struggle because their vision had been foggy from hardships they’ve endured.

Meeting people where they are is a huge part of my work because I understand that no one journey is identical to the next, and embracing the uniqueness of each person I work with deserves authentic, informed care despite culture, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a relaxed and therapeutic setting that allows them to show up as their authentic and vulnerable self. The individuals that I work with grow to understand their vulnerability as a strength. They also learn how to live a fulfilled and meaningful life that is within reach despite any of their life experiences. Because I value authenticity and intentionality, clients can expect professional accountability, clinical guidance, and beyond the surface exploration when working with me.
