Great to meet you!

Taking the step to begin therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. You may know exactly what you want to work through, or you may simply know that something feels off. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences openly, build a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized to each client’s needs. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I work with clients to better understand their experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies that support meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, and EMDR, while remaining flexible and honoring each person’s unique goals, pace, and story.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, background, goals for treatment, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I also welcome questions about my approach and the therapy process so that you can feel comfortable and confident moving forward.
