Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I support adolescents and adults through difficult emotions, overwhelming experiences, and periods of change by helping them gain deeper insight, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier patterns in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, collaboration, and trust, creating a supportive space where you feel safe to be fully yourself. I work alongside clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping them stuck while building tools for healing, growth, and lasting change. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help clients feel more present, grounded, and connected in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant background experiences, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I will also answer any questions you may have and share more about my approach so you feel comfortable and supported moving forward. Together, we will begin identifying goals and creating a path forward at a pace that feels right for you.
