Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that one of the most impactful things someone can do is prioritize their mental health. Taking that first step to starting therapy can be difficult or even scary, but you are not alone. I prioritize helping my clients discover their best selves by providing them with the tools to achieve their goals. I work with clients 18 years and older from all backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I treat each client as uniquely as no two clients have the same story. While working together, we will collaborate and find the techniques and modalities that work best for you. I value open communication and making my clients feel valued and heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will share your life story and your reason(s) for coming to therapy. Then we will begin to identify what your ideal life looks like. From there, we will work towards making that ideal life a reality.
