Great to meet you!

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process your experiences. We’ll dig deep and get “real.” My approach is collaborative and depth-oriented – I don’t just sit back and nod and smile. I’ll go deep with you and empower you to create healthy boundaries in relationships that will ultimately increase your confidence and allow you to live the life you want to live, free of people-pleasing.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic and culturally competent approach to my work. I want to help you heal from trauma and codependence. I’ll empower you to learn assertive communication skills and set healthy boundaries with your partners, friends, and family members. I’m here to work with you to find mental well-being and life beyond codependence.

What you can expect from me

I want all my clients to understand the process of therapy, just that it is a process a journey so to speak. I want all clients to walk away feeling empowered in their choice to seek help. My hope is clients walk away with:

1) a clear sense of who they are or who they are becoming.

2) An understanding of who that individual is within a system or many complex systems and how they are operating.

3) Deep understanding of your boundaries to keep you safe and successful.
