I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Valdosta, GA. Licensed in Georgia and Florida, I work with adults and specialize in mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, bereavement and grief therapy (including loss of pets), depressive disorders, marital/relationship issues, stress and trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach to therapy is based on the needs of each client. I offer the highest standard of care for all of my clients. I believe in a client-centered approach that builds upon the values of the integrity, dignity, self-worth, and self-determination of each client. I also provide faith-based counseling upon request.
