Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I consider myself a fellow traveler - a human helping other humans navigate their own journeys. My own raw and personal experiences deepened my interest with how our brains and bodies shape our lives and growth. This fueled my drive to expand my knowledge, becoming a therapist dedicated to supporting and guiding others as they uncover their pasts, remove protective barriers, and embrace the unknown path toward greater meaning, purpose, passion, and wisdom.

My approach to therapy

Providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients. No previous art experience is required, as our work together can be tailored to each individual's needs. When working with children/teens, the focus is to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, establish personal goals, foster self-awareness, and develop lifelong self-regulation abilities. Where as therapy with adults focuses on uncovering/overcoming past experiences and cultivating a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

A moment to reflect on your journey - where you've been, how far you've come, and where you'd still like to go. Leave feeling empowered and hopeful, knowing that your circumstances and mindset can change. And to remember you are not alone and it is okay to come back home to yourself again.
