Great to meet you!

I help children, adults, couples, and families who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or substance-use challenges. As an LPC-S, LCDC, and Certified School Counselor, I bring behavioral-health and school-based experience to therapy. My style is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental. Together, we identify patterns, build practical coping and communication skills, and create a treatment plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and goal-focused. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, psychoeducation, and practical skill-building. I provide a supportive space while also helping clients challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and make meaningful changes outside the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and the changes you would like to make. You will have space to ask questions and determine whether I am the right therapist for you. Before we finish, we will identify initial goals and discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs. You do not have to arrive knowing exactly what to say—we will begin at a pace that feels manageable.
