Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Daley, and I have almost a decade of experience working in the mental health field. I attended the University of Michigan and Stony Brook University before working as a social worker in community-based nonprofit organizations for over 4 years. I specialize in assisting people with their Life Transitions, Coping Skills, and Peer Relationships. I have been described as understanding, positive, and calming by my clients, colleagues, and personal friends.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach that incorporates your knowledge, talents, and preferences into skill-building. I place equal importance on developing coping skills as enabling my clients to simply voice their concerns aloud to another person in a private, nurturing space. If you just need to get something off of your chest, we can process those thoughts and feelings together.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you may walk away feeling relieved, validated, and with an increased comprehension of your feelings, social interactions, and the often chaotic world around us. We set measurable goals that help you develop coping skills to employ outside of therapy sessions in your daily life.
