Hi, I'm Dalia Ruvalcaba! I have been practicing as a therapist for over 8 years and have extensive experience working with women and the Latine community. I have helped individuals address anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties, among other challenges and stressors.
