I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I work with adults navigating the many transitions of life. My clients include young adults, women, caregivers, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.
Therapy doesn't need to be an endless string of “How does that make you feel?” questions. I focus on meaningful conversation, clear insight and usable strategies that help you make real progress in your day-to-day life.
After a session most clients feel much better. They realize that therapy will be a chance to talk in a relaxed environment without any pressure. Therapy is not easy, but I do believe that it is worth it in the end.
