Great to meet you!

As a mental health professional, a daughter and a mother, I am driven by a personal passion to help others overcome their struggles, as I've overcome my own. With a family history of mental health issues, I've witnessed the impact of stigma, self-medication, and trauma. I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my work, with an MS in Counseling and two BS in Psychology and Organizational Management. And my professional journey has given me the pleasure in working with amazing people.

My approach to therapy

My approach is characterized by empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the complexities of human experience. I take a direct yet gentle approach, working closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers them to take control of their own healing journey. With love and kindness guiding my work, I help clients break down barriers and build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience – ultimately, helping them discover their full potential.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported. My purpose is to provide individuals from all walks of life with knowledge, encouragement, and acceptance to break free from generational patterns and achieve a fulfilling life. Through my work, I empower individuals to discover, love and accept themselves so that they are able to heal, feel joy, and live in peace.
