Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Dalise Marbury, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges.

I earned my Master of Science Counseling from University of Phoenix and have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My clinical approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, and adjustment concerns
  • Relationship and family challenges
  • Stress, life transitions, and personal growth
  • Trauma and emotional healing

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you can explore your story, discover strengths, and develop tools to create lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and cultivate balance in both body and soul.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, you can expect to experience a safe and supportive environment where your voice is heard and your experiences are respected. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgment.

Clients who work with me often take away:

  • Increased self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their emotions and patterns
  • Practical coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions
  • Improved communication tools to strengthen relationships and resolve conflict more effectively
  • Strategies for resilience and balance to navigate challenges with greater confidence
  • A sense of empowerment to make meaningful changes in their lives

Above all, my intention is to help you feel supported as you work toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of self.
