I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Even when things look “fine” on the outside, something internally doesn’t feel quite right. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I work with both men and women, and I especially enjoy working with women navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating the same emotional cycles and want a deeper level of understanding and change.

I also focus on helping you move forward in a practical way. We will look at how your thoughts and beliefs shape your emotions and behaviors, and begin to shift those patterns while building habits that support your overall well-being.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in yourself and your decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, inquisitive, and empowering. I help you explore the different parts of yourself, especially the ones that may feel stuck, reactive, or misunderstood, so we can better understand your internal patterns and where they come from.

I integrate evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused work with parts work (Internal Family Systems) and an attachment-based, relational lens. This means we are not only working on managing symptoms, but also understanding and shifting the deeper patterns that are driving them.

In our work together, we will also focus on how your thoughts and beliefs influence your emotions and behaviors, and build practical tools to help you reach your goals, change unhelpful patterns, and create daily habits that support your life.

You can expect a balance of insight and action, understanding yourself more deeply while also making real, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main focus is getting to know you and understanding your story. I want to hear what’s been weighing on you, what feels difficult right now, and what led you to seek therapy.

We’ll talk through your current challenges, patterns you may be noticing, and any questions you have for me so you can feel comfortable and supported from the start.

I also like to explore what you’re hoping for moving forward. If therapy were working in the way you need it to, what would feel different in your life, your relationships, or within yourself?

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how I work and how we can move forward together in a way that feels aligned and helpful to you.
