Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes people deserve real solutions to real problems, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent over six years working in emergency and acute care. I’ve sat with people on their best and worst days, and that experience shaped the way I practice today.

I’m grounded, approachable, and easy to talk to. I incorporate medication management when it’s indicated, but I always pair it with education, support, and practical strategies tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, collaborative, and realistic. You deserve care that meets you where you are. I take time to understand you so that we can build a plan that actually works for you.

I combine evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection. I’ll walk through options with you, explain things in clear language, and never rush you into decisions. My goal is to help you function better.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. We’ll talk about your symptoms, your history, and what you’re hoping to change. No pressure, just what you're comfortable with sharing.

Before the session ends, we’ll discuss a clear plan for next steps. That may include medication options, coping strategies, or follow-up recommendations. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you’re moving in the right direction.
