Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Dallas Rabig, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Alabama. I specialize in early childhood trauma working with children, adolescents, and adults. Many adults who have faced such challenges may struggle with trust, intimacy, or communication in their relationships. Unresolved feelings from past experiences can lead to patterns of behavior that hinder relationship-building, such as fear of abandonment, anxiety in social situations, or difficulty expressing emotions. Additionally, I offer specialized services for women struggling with the complexities of menopause with a 16-week structured program.

My approach to therapy

There are many ways to explore unresolved issues and improve relationships in all areas of our lives. My approach is founded on the belief that everyone has the capacity for self-awareness and change. I also believe understanding early relationship experiences shape a person's internal representation of themselves and the world around them, thereby contributing to an individual's personality and temperament development. Clients are the experts of their lives and drive the direction of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Trauma work is hard! My hope is that you will experience a warm and accepting environment where you feel comfortable enough to share your story as we walk together on the journey toward healing.
