Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Dalton, a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a Master of Science degree from SUNY Oswego. I specialize in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, and addressing men’s issues, using a client-centered approach to foster growth and healing. My background as both Mexican and Haitian allows me to offer a unique cultural perspective and build strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, collaborative way, creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is rooted in a mix of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work together to your unique needs, focusing on practical solutions while also exploring deeper emotional experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a sense of clarity and practical tools they can apply to their daily lives. Whether it's learning new coping strategies, gaining insights into their thoughts and behaviors, or discovering healthier ways to manage challenges, my goal is to help you feel more empowered and confident. Through our work together, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself, along with actionable steps to make positive changes.
