Great to meet you!

I am an interactive and collaborative therapist. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with — not just the challenges that bring them in, but their strengths, their stories, and their vision for their lives. I believe that lasting change comes from building real insight alongside practical tools, and I tailor my approach to what each person needs.

I work from a culturally sensitive, holistic framework that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Whether you come from an Indigenous, Black, Caribbean, LGBTQ+, or any other background, you can expect to be seen and respected fully.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based and culturally grounded modalities — including Psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFOT, CBT/DBT, and Body Focusing-Oriented Therapy. I meet each client where they are and build a framework that fits them.

What you can expect from me

A 15-minute consultation is conducted by one of my associates. Based on my availability, you will be notified of next steps. Please keep in mind that I may not be the one working with you directly.

In our first session, expect warmth and a genuine curiosity about who you are. We will explore what is bringing you in, what matters most to you, and what you are hoping to experience through therapy. I may ask about your history, your relationships, and how you experience things in your body and day-to-day life.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, have a beginning sense of what our work might look like, and leave feeling that this is a safe space for growth.
