My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that healing and growth occur when individuals feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building on their strengths and resilience.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method, to help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals, recognizing that every person and relationship has a different story.

I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. I also specialize in helping couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for growth, and work toward creating a more balanced, fulfilling life and healthier relationships.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard from the very first session. During our initial meeting, we'll take time to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current challenges, and identify the goals you would like to work toward. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so we'll work together to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once—our first session is about building trust, creating a connection, and developing a plan that feels meaningful and supportive for your personal growth and healing.
