Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health professional, I believe that prioritizing our mental and emotional well-being is the foundation of a sustainable and healthy life. Over the past ten years in this field, one thing I’ve consistently learned is that simply having someone to talk to can be one of the most challenging parts of the therapeutic process.

I am here to offer safety, empathy, and practical strategies that support you in thriving the way you desire

My approach to therapy

Although my therapeutic style is eclectic, I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapies as the foundation of my work. CBT has a strong track record of success in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, and it equips individuals with practical, lifelong coping skills to challenge negative thought patterns and modify unhelpful behaviors.

One of my favorite aspects of CBT is its collaborative nature—therapist and client work together to set meaningful goals and create a treatment strategy that supports lasting change

What you can expect from me

The introductory session is an opportunity for us to connect and get to know one another. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing openly and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure as we begin developing an action plan to support your desired goals.
