I am a bicultural, bilingual, Hispanic female. I obtained my MSW in 2011 at Sourthern CT State University in New Haven, CT. During the course of my social work career, I have worked with people from various backgrounds, economic status, mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence and abuse/neglect. At this time, my focus is in working with clients that would like to address ways to decrease anxiety, depression, and how to heal from trauma.

My approach to therapy

My main focus is working with children, adolescents and adults. My goal is to meet you where you are at in life. My goal is provide acceptance, a safe place where you can unravel emotions, feelings and foster your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will ask you about your reasons for seeking therapy at this time. I will go over the process of therapy which is driven by you. As your therapist, I am here to listen and provide insight into how to improve your quality of life. I will provide support with issues at hand along the healing process.
