Great to meet you!

I am a radically honest therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor) who takes action to be as unbiased as mental health disorders. We all experience the human condition, but we don't have to suffer through it. I have previous experience working with adults and young adults that have struggled with trauma, loss, and adjustment disorders at a shelter. I have also worked with adults that struggle with substance abuse and mood disorders at the residential level.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a beautiful and uncomfortable journey, and on the other side of that is growth. My approach to therapy is direct and compassionate.

What you can expect from our first session

I am emotionally attuned & can modify to your needs to help you identify, articulate, & express your feelings in a healthy & authentic way. Moreover, I have a sophisticated set of interpersonal skills & am flexible to adapt to your characteristics. I am astute at tailoring warmth, acceptance & communication with a willingness to establish an alliance. I provide the tools to inspire hope & optimism for the exploration of insight & self-mastery for your continued success.
