Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families across behavioral health, healthcare, educational, and community settings. I provide therapy to adolescents (16+) and adults in both English and Spanish.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I am naturally curious about what makes people resilient and how they have navigated challenges throughout their lives. Together, we will explore your strengths, build practical coping skills, and identify strategies to help you move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe people are more than the challenges they face, and I am naturally curious about what has helped them persevere, adapt, and remain resilient throughout their lives. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I work with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. During our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your strengths, challenges, and goals, and talk about what you hope will be different as a result of our work together. I encourage clients to trust their instincts and ask questions to get to know me, my approach, and whether I feel like a good fit for their needs. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important, and together we'll create a plan that supports your growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
