Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting people through what can be the most difficult parts of life - illness, trauma, and loss.

I work with caregivers, the LGBTQ+ community, and people who have had severe losses. If you’re experiencing burnout as a caregiver, grief that seems insurmountable, or if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community experiencing anxiety, isolation, or persecution; consider reaching out. I look forward to connecting with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is direct, patient, and strives for positive outcomes. I understand how hard this work can be and how important it is to build trust and rapport.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions, we'll explore the stories we create about ourselves, the impact they have on our lives, and how we can rewrite them to help build connection, self-esteem, and purpose.

For those experiencing grief, we'll process tasks of mourning and focus on creating an enduring connection with those that have passed while plotting a course forward.
