My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and individualized. I believe every person’s experience with mental health is unique, so I take the time to truly understand each client’s background, challenges, and goals. I combine evidence-based treatment with compassionate listening to develop personalized care plans that address both symptoms and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. During the first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your needs, and discussing your goals for treatment.
