I am a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed acupuncturist. I believe in empowering my clients heal own their minds, bodies, and secret scars on their own terms. I have years of experiences with assisting clients with anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, grief, trauma, maladaptive coping skills, substance abuse, and other issues.
