Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, compassionate psychologist who believes therapy should feel both supportive and practical. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other mood-related concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, while always taking the time to understand each client as an individual.

I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and their mental health through psychoeducation, while building practical skills that support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals.

Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical skills for managing difficult emotions and thoughts, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want. I also place a strong emphasis on psychoeducation because I believe understanding your mental health can be an important part of creating lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals for treatment, and relevant aspects of your history and experiences.

I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have, so you can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out before our first session—we’ll work together to identify where to start and develop a treatment plan that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
