Great to meet you!

I received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I believe that everyone has potential to grow as well as individual capabilities to progress in all areas of their life. I am passionate about learning and educating others with compassion and direction. I have observed that addressing and overcoming life’s challenges is a quest that requires intentional effort, brings peace, and leads to improved health and happiness.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, to help clients create real and lasting change. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen emotional regulation skills. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented.

What you can expect from me

You are not alone. Seeking support takes courage, and reaching out is a powerful first step toward healing and growth. If you are ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
