Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults heal the deeper roots of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, especially when these struggles are connected to early relational experiences or unresolved emotional pain. My approach is attachment-informed, trauma-focused, and evidence-based, integrating EMDR, IFS, AEDP, and somatic therapy to support both emotional processing and nervous system regulation. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, attuned, and collaborative space where you are fully seen, understood, and supported. We work to gently uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, process what has been carried alone for too long, and help you reconnect with a more grounded, authentic sense of self. Healing is not about fixing you—it’s about creating the conditions for lasting change. You don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, attuned, and grounded in presence. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel deeply seen, heard, and understood—often in ways that may have been missing in earlier relationships. Together, we go beyond surface-level coping to gently uncover the roots of longstanding emotional patterns, process unresolved pain, and shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. Drawing from attachment-informed and trauma-focused approaches, therapy becomes a space for real emotional change, not just insight. The goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a life guided by self-acceptance, clarity, and genuine freedom.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood without pressure to have things figured out. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, your current struggles, and the patterns or past experiences that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. I’ll help you slow things down, make sense of your experience, and begin noticing what’s happening beneath the surface. Sessions are collaborative and paced with emotional safety in mind, often bringing early relief, clarity, and a stronger connection to your authentic self.
