I believe healing happens in relationship. My aim is to help you feel safe, supported, and seen within our relationship so that you can then feel strong and clear within the myriad of relationships in your life. Relationship with your true self, with others, with your past, your future, and your own inner nature. Gestalt Psychotherapy is a modality I gravitate towards because it helps my clients feel empowered, gain insight, clarity, and a true sense of who they are.
My aim is to create a warm environment that helps you feel safe and grounded so that we can explore the deeper parts of yourself to gain insight into the vastness of what it's like to be you. I like to help clients try on new ways of approaching life, communication, and relationship. Utilizing somatic techniques, we'll practice learning to trust the body's innate wisdom to lead the way. My goal is that you leave our sessions feeling more whole.
