Great to meet you!

I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ Individuals and their concerns. I am a graduate of Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service (2009). I am a Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in New York State with over 15 years of experience and I work with the adult population and specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily use cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and relational therapy in my work with patients. Our sessions are conversational with a focus on identified treatment goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to helping patients to better understand and help themselves. I can help you develop coping skills and discover a more helpful, kind and generous way to talk to yourself that can build you up and not tear you down. I can help you feel less lost and confused.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and I will provide you information about how we will work together to identify goals and begin working toward reaching them.
